WEICON Silicone HT 300 is a high-performance, red silicone sealant designed for use in environments exposed to high temperatures, offering exceptional resistance up to +300°C (+572°F). This solvent-free, acetate-crosslinking product is known for its strong adhesion, weathering and ageing resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent elasticity. It is ideal for sealing applications in various high-temperature settings.

Key Features:
- Temperature Resistance: -40°C to +280°C, short-term resistance up to +300°C (approximately 2 hours).
- Elongation at Break: 300% (ISO 37).
- Tensile Strength: 2.5 N/mm² (ISO 37).
- Base: 1K polysiloxane (acetate).
- Viscosity: Paste-like consistency.
- Color: Red.
- Special Properties: Solvent-free, highly adhesive, weathering and ageing-resistant, chemically resistant, and extremely elastic.
Applications:
- High-temperature sealing: Ovens, stove panes, fireplaces, boilers, chimneys, and exhaust pipes.
- Ideal for sealing around gas cookers, electric cookers, ceramic hobs, and gas heating systems.
- Excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium, glass, ceramic, and various other materials.
- Suitable for use in camping heating systems and similar applications exposed to high heat.
Processing Instructions:
- Clean and degrease surfaces before application.
- Squeeze the tube by hand and reseal immediately after use.
- Use opened tubes as quickly as possible to maintain freshness.
- To ensure optimal adhesion, join the adhesive parts before the first skin forms on the adhesive.
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place with a normal climate (+23°C, 50% relative humidity).
- Shelf life of 12 months when unopened.
